When our teams from CodeConnect and Itaka Solutions stepped into the Talentor Global Summit 2025 in Istanbul, the energy in the room was immediately palpable. More than 40 countries were represented, creating a unique environment for sharing knowledge, exchanging insights, and exploring the future of recruitment. Istanbul, where East meets West, was the perfect backdrop for this global exchange.

We spent a few fantastic days in Prague at the Talentor Partner Meeting, where partners from all around the world came together. We met many inspiring people, exchanged experiences, and talked about the everyday challenges in recruitment.
It was especially interesting to hear how colleagues from other countries work and how they navigate the changes in the market. These kinds of gatherings motivate us to grow, learn, and keep a broader perspective.
Besides the great conversations and workshops, we also had the chance to get to know people from the network better and enjoy the beautiful atmosphere of Prague. We came back full of impressions, new ideas, and fresh energy for everything that lies ahead.

CodeConnect at Lilium Digital Day 2024 – Inspiration, AI, and the Latest Trends in Digital Marketing
In the beautiful setting of Etno Selo Herceg in Međugorje, on May 23, 2024, our marketing team had the privilege of attending the second edition of the Lilium Digital Day conference. This event brought together experts from the digital marketing world, with topics that were nothing short of exciting – from TikTok and LinkedIn to artificial intelligence and SEO strategies.
The presentations were dynamic, filled with practical examples and tips that can be immediately applied. One of the most fascinating speakers was Marko Šimić, a TikTok expert, who shared how his team generated €50,000 in sales for a client in just five days using TikTok and Instagram Reels! Additionally, Deni Sarvan shared incredibly valuable SEO advice, while Jasmin Alić, the leading LinkedIn creator in the region, spoke about how to stand out on this business platform.
For our team, Lilium Digital Day was not only an opportunity to learn but also to connect with industry colleagues and exchange ideas. We left feeling inspired and equipped with new insights that we will undoubtedly apply in our future campaigns.

In January 2025, we had the pleasure of attending the Recruiters Assemble event, organized by the amazing team at Popcorn – and we have to say, it was an absolute blast! Recruiters and HR professionals from a variety of companies gathered together, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere where networking opportunities flowed naturally and effortlessly.
It was inspiring to hear the stories of seasoned experts, not just about their successes, but also about the challenges they’ve overcome. The panels and discussions offered valuable insights, but what truly stood out was the incredible energy and sense of community among professionals in our industry.
