Recruitment Consultant - German Speaker
Recruitment begins with a thorough understanding of the role and ends in a partnership where both the company and the candidate see a genuine fit. You will guide that process with care: from sourcing candidates to preparing them for a new opportunity.
We are looking for someone who can recognize potential, enjoys talking to people and wants to support candidates from the very first LinkedIn message all the way to a successful placement.
Our job is to connect talent from the region with companies in Germany and beyond, and yours would be to find the right people, get to know them, understand what they're looking for, and support them throughout the entire process.

What will you do?
Imagine being a “LinkedIn matchmaker” in a world of business: you will find people who are looking for a new career opportunity, connect with them, talk to them and help them take their first real step towards a new career.
Find
Search for and identify relevant professionals through LinkedIn, Xing and other channels.
Connect
Reach out to candidates, start conversations and create a strong first connection.
Match
Work together with our Account Managers to identify the best possible match between candidates and companies.
Follow Through
Stay in touch with candidates throughout the process, provide support and make sure they feel informed at every stage.
Deal
Close the deal between your candidate and company.

Actively search for relevant professionals using LinkedIn, Xing and other recruitment channels.

Make first contact with candidates, conduct interviews and communicate confidently in German.

Collaborate with Account Managers to identify the strongest match between candidates and client companies.

Build long-term relationships with candidates throughout the entire recruitment process.

Follow trends in the German labour market and continuously improve your recruitment and communication skills.
What do you need for this role?
You do not need years of experience in recruitment to be successful in this role. You may already have experience in recruitment, sales or customer support, or this may be your first real opportunity to build a career in recruitment.
GERMAN LANGUAGE SKILLS
You should feel confident communicating in German, both verbally and in writing.
COMUNICATION SKILLS
You know how to start a conversation, ask the right questions and listen carefully to what people have to say. Building and maintaining relationships comes naturally to you.
CURIOSITY
You are interested in the person behind the CV. You want to understand who they are, what motivates them and how you can support them in finding the right opportunity.
DRIVE
You do not give up after the first “no”. You stay persistent, keep learning and continue looking for the right solution.
ORGANIZATION
You are able to manage several candidates and recruitment processes at the same time, while keeping track of the important details.
